The subject property is zoned R -1, Single Family <br />Residential. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Certificate of Survey <br />ANALYSIS <br />Existing Conditions. The subject site holds an existing single <br />family residence and detached garage. The said structures are <br />located on the northern one -half of the site, as shown on Exhibit <br />B. <br />Lot Size and Width. According to the Zoning Ordinance, lots within <br />R -1 Zoning Districts shall not be less than 10,000 square feet in <br />area (interior lot) and 75 feet in width (interior lot).
