MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 8, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />October, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mrs. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Alan Hunting, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of the <br />September 10, 1992 Regular Planning Commission Meeting, <br />and September 10, 1992 Workshop Planning Commission <br />Meeting stood approved as submitted. <br />FAGLEY Joyce Fagley appeared before the Commission requesting <br />PROPERTY approval of the division of property at 3075 Edgerton <br />DIVISION Street into two lots. <br />3075 <br />EDGERTON Pedersen asked how much of the property lies under the <br />NSP power line easement. <br />Keis noted that a structure could not be built under <br />the power line. <br />Fagley was not sure, but noted that the City Planner <br />has indicated that there is enough room to divide the <br />property into two lots and build a single - family home <br />without interfering with the powerline easement. <br />Herkenhoff noted the Planner's recommendations in his <br />report, and asked about park charge. <br />Page 1 <br />Page 3 <br />
