224-4771
RYANHEATING CO.
811 UNIVERSITY AVENUE
ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA 55104
December 1, 1992
Dear Neighbors,
This letter is in reference to the variance sought by
John Grabrick at 2354 Greenbriar Circle. I own the lot
just south of him. First of all, I was never sent a copy
of his letter dated 11/19/92. I obtained a copy from a
neighbor. 2nd, the letter stated that I refused to sell
him the lot, when in fact, I was never approached. Mr.
Grabrick's communication with me comes in the form of
complaints to the city and county. He's never expressed
his concerns to me personally. The corner of Mr. Grabrick's
house is less than 2' from my lot. If you notice the
placement of his house, you will see that he has centered it
for a view of the lake. At the time the foundation was being
put in, it was brought to Mr. Grabrick's attention by a
neighbor, that he was too close to the property line. It
doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to figure where to place
a house on a 100' lot.
Enclosed is a copy of Mr. Grabrick's letter, just to
be sure that all the neighbors receive one. I would like
to see this matter cleared before any further construction
takes place, be it in the form of moving his house, or
obtaining a strip of land from me.
If there are any questions or comments regarding this
matter, please call me. This letter also serves as an
invitation to Mr. Grabrick to call me regarding his house
set back and possible solutions.
Page 20
PLUMBING, HEATING & REMODELING CONTRACTORS
