LAND LOCATED ON SOUTH OWASSO BLVD
DATE. NOVEMBER 9, 1992
DEAR JOHN PALACIO,
In reply to your letter datea November 4, 1992 as advising us
(Mogren Bros) to file a letter in reguards to the storage site on South
Owasso Blvd
I will be in to apply for a fill permit as requested. The other issue.
removal of the soils is in progress now. Unfortunately, the raw peat ana
humus takes a period to dry and after the process of drying makes a
excellent soil conditioner when blended with top soils.
We will haul to our site in maplewood starting in November and
continue till the rnaterials freeze in the truck boxes wnlch make it
impossible
to haul which usually happens in December.
In looking for a completion date, I would expect athe fall of 1993 or
the summer of 1994.
1 will work with you as best as possible in this matter. We do
appreciate the permit ana use of our property. The peat is a very usable
natural resource and will be greatly appreciated by many residents and
'commercial sites over the coming years. 1 am glad we were able to salvage
the material.
Thank You,
Page 45
ROBERT MOGREN
Moaren Bros
