Olson <br />James F Engelhardt <br />We have reviewed the Molgren site at the intersection of Owasso Boulevard and Spruce Street <br />for soil erosion and restoration concerns. Up to 2,000 cubic yards of material may have to be <br />removed to return the site to its original grades. <br />Our major concern in the removal of the material is that soil material that reaches the streets <br />and gutter lines not wash into the City storm water drainage system. Any tracking of material <br />onto the roadway must be cleaned daily. The street should also be swept occasionally on a <br />need basis. <br />We do not recommend the installation of silt fence at this time due to the existing buffer of <br />vegetation around the site. The site will be inspected again next spring to determine if silt <br />fence is warranted at that time. We may also require an aggregate base construction entrance <br />next spring to reduce tracking onto the roadway. <br />Upon completing the material removal operation, the owner is to contact the City for <br />verification of conformance and to review seeding requirements. It is not likely that all the <br />material can be removed this year.
