It <br />should be noted that this is only a recommended plan at this time. The City Council has formerly <br />approved the $242,000 and $94,450 transfers. The City Council has not yet approved the <br />designation of these excess MSA allotments as I have recommended. Such approval should be <br />obtained in 1992. <br />Page 38 <br />
