MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 12th day of November, 1992 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mrs. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Art Herkenhoff <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Alan Hunting, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />ATTENDANCE DeLonais reported that Art Herkenhoff could not attend <br />tonight's meeting since he is hospitalized with <br />pneumonia. It was also noted that Claudia Drabik <br />contacted staff to report that she would be unable to <br />attend tonight's meeting. <br />MINUTES <br />VARIANCE <br />FOR SIDE <br />YARD <br />SETBACK <br />90 ROSEWOOD <br />DRIVE <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of the October 8, <br />1992 Regular Planning Commission Meeting stood approved <br />as submitted. <br />The City Planner reported that the applicant for the <br />side yard setback variance at 90 Rosewood Drive has <br />submitted no new information or layout configuration for <br />his proposal. The Planner reported that he has reviewed <br />the application again, and pointed out that the proposal <br />is to place the house 16 feet from the property line, <br />which would still leave 9 feet of property from the <br />property line to edge of curb. Therefore, the house <br />would be a total of 25 feet from the curb. <br />Page 1 <br />
