Hanson <br />The House is planning to conduct an outdoor tent sale. The Municipal Code allows for these <br />sales in certain zoning districts. The House property is zoned Industrial -Park (I -P), but the Code <br />does not List the I -P District as being an allowed district for temporary outdoor sales /displays. <br />Staff feels this was likely an oversight, and is recommending that the I -P District be added to the <br />ordinance. <br />In looking at the ordinance as a whole, staff noted language referencing temporary outdoor <br />sales /displays as both a permitted and licensed function. It is staff's opinion that a temporary use <br />of this nature is a permitted function and is recommending the ordinance be modified <br />accordingly. <br />
