819. TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SALES /DISPLAYS <br />819.010. DEFINITION. Temporary outdoor sales /displays for the purpose of this Chapter, <br />shall be defined to be one -time sidewalk sales, Christmas tree sales, seasonal supply sales, special <br />event sales conducted by the operators of a legitimate established business within the appropriate <br />zoning district in the City of Little Canada. <br />819.020. PERMIT LICENSE. No person or business shall engage in the operation of <br />temporary outdoor sales /displays on their premises without first procuring a permit license to engage <br />in such business as herein provided. <br />819.030. APPLICATION, FEE AND PERMIT LICENSE PERIOD. Application for a <br />temporary outdoor sales /displays permit license shall be made to the City on a form to be provided <br />by the City. Each person or business may be issued only two such permits per year, Each permit <br />shall be valid for a consecutive two -week period only. The fee for such permit license shall be <br />established by City Council resolution. <br />819.040. OPERATION LOCATION. The applicant shall specify in what location on the <br />premises he desires to operate the outdoor sales area. No permit license shall be issued unless the <br />property upon which the business is to be conducted is located within one of the following zoning <br />districts: B -2, B -3, B -4, B -W, I -1, I -P, or PUD. All manner of operation, parking of vehicles, <br />protection, screening, sales area, vehicular access shall he in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance. <br />819.050. RESPONSIBILITY OF OPERATION. Any permitteelieensee hereunder shall be <br />held responsible for nuisances emanating from the permitted licensed operation and the permittee <br />licensee shall not allow perx}it debris or any other kinds of waste er- debris from said business to be <br />deposited on any public or private property or on the permittee's licensee's own property. <br />(Source: Ord. 352, Amended: Ord. 446, 513, 584) <br />
