Based on our <br />understanding of the project, the following key tasks will be accomplished and all information <br />will be compiled in a memo report to the City: <br />• Collect and summarize existing crash data <br />• Document background information and recent studies in the area <br />• Perform site review and examine all approaches for sight distance issues <br />• Evaluate traffic control at the intersection including warrant analysis <br />• Provide detailed recommendation for the intersection <br />• Provide alternative traffic calming solutions <br />• Provide detailed cost information for alternative solutions under consideration <br />• All data will be provided in an appendix to the report <br />Our project team will be lead by Mr. Sean Delmore. He will serve as project manager and <br />coordinate all activities with the City. The estimated cost for the engineering services will be <br />based on our current hourly rates and is estimated at $4,000.
