Hanson RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 14, 1991, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to an improvement in Ryan Industrial Park for improvement of streets within the Park including storm drainage facilities, and this report was received by the Council on January 22, 1992; and WHEREAS, A hearing was held March 11, 1992 on this same improvement. This hearing was closed on July 8, 1992 and since no action was taken by the City Council within six months, a new public hearing is being called in order to meet statutory requirements; and WHEREAS, Certain negotiations with the affected property owners have been completed which will clear the way for the installation of these improvements; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a protion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $250,000.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of May, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
