Mrs. Kathy Glanzer
MINUTES There being no corrections, the minutes of the February
11, 1993 meeting stood approved as submitted.
PROPERTY Mr. Kurt Sloan, Quicksilver Company, appeared before
DIVISION the Commission requesting the division of property for
LITTLE 203, 219, 221, and 223 Little Canada Road. Sloan
CANADA reported that the property division involves a trading
ROAD of property in order that the parking for 203 Little
Canada Road is actually under the ownership of that
building.
Garske asked about maintenance of the abutting parking
lots.
Sloan replied that there is an agreement for common
maintenance of the entire parking area.
The City Planner reported that the subdivision
ordinance encourages the subdivision of property, other
than simple subdivisions, by plat. The Planner
indicated that this subdivision is not really a simple
subdivision because of the common areas and
cross - easements for access.
Page 1
