The Knox Lumber site <br />is located north of the Burlington Northern Rail line, and west of <br />Country Drive and holds a B -W, Business- Warehousing zoning <br />designation. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Previously Approved Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Proposed Site Plan <br />ISSUES ANALYSIS <br />Planned Unit Development. In the Spring of 1987, the City approved <br />a planned unit development (conditional use permit) for Knox <br />Lumber.
