Hanson <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Little Canada will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City at 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 26, 1993, to <br />consider the making of an improvement within Ryan Industrial Park. <br />Said project consists of improvement to streets within Ryan <br />Industrial Park including storm drainage facilities, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. <br />A hearing was held March 11, 1992 on this same improvement. This <br />hearing was closed on July 8, 1992 and since no action was taken by <br />the City Council within six months, a new public hearing is being <br />called in order to meet statutory requirements. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property <br />abutting said improvement. The estimated cost of such improvement is <br />$250,000.00.
