MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 13, 1993 <br />Schletty recommended approval of the PUD to allow the <br />conversion of an existing residential structure to <br />commercial office use and conversion of existing garage <br />to storage use at 2825 Country Drive as requested by <br />Franklin Drywall with the condition that there be no <br />exterior improvements made to the property other than <br />Franklin Drywall will be allowed to raise the garage a <br />maximum of 27 inches, give or take an inch. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 4 - 2. Garske and Keis voted against. <br />PRECISION The Planning Commission requested that the Building <br />TREE Official give them a report on the status of Precision <br />Tree regarding compliance with the Code and the <br />conditions placed on their permit. <br />VADNAIS The City Planner suggested that the Vadnais Heights <br />HEIGHTS moratorium that was referred to earlier in the meeting <br />was one that was in place three or four years ago while <br />the City was investigating changing minimum lot size <br />requirements in the R -1 Zoning District.
