We currently have 3 full time-office <br />employees and our field employees vary from 5 - 20 depending on <br />our work load. Field employees are in the field working on jobs <br />and do not visit the office. <br />We intend to use this property, as is, for our offices and storage.. <br />We do not plan on any remodeling to the house. <br />There are only 3 full time people in our office and foot traffic <br />is not existent in our business, except for an occasional visit <br />by a salesman. We keep regular business hours and do not work <br />on weekends.;.- We do not have a need for outside storage and only <br />1 Pick -Up truck may be parked outside overnite.
