Hanson <br />At the request of the Council at its May 12th meeting, I have <br />surveyed surrounding cities to determine their requirements for <br />minimum height of fencing surrounding swimming pools. The following <br />are the results of that survey: <br />Minimum Fence Height <br />Arden Hills 6 feet <br />Falcon Heights 4 feet <br />Maplewood 4 feet <br />North St. Paul 4 feet <br />Roseville 6 1/2 feet <br />Shoreview 4 feet <br />Vadnais Heights 3 feet <br />White Bear Lake 6 feet <br />Please note that all of the above cities require non - climbable type <br />fencing, although chain -link is allowed. <br />PaQe,.95 <br />
