We are concerned that no undue traffic hazards exist because of the
entrances and exits to the property and feel that the use of signs
to establish the right turn -in, right turn -out traffic patterns are
reasonable and acceptable.
Any requirement that the curb cut be modified on Little Canada Road
is unduly expensive and not acceptable especially if the City
reserves the authority to review the situation in a year.
Given the traffic volume which we anticipate (nearly all of which
would be passenger vehicles) we do not feel it is necessary to
widen the curb cut on Centerville Road. Again, this would be a
large expense given the type of vehicles using the drive and the
number of vehicles.
Very trul yours,
JFG /aj s
John F. Gerten
Page 2
