MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION <br />303 LITTLE <br />CANADA ROAD <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 8, 1993 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />April, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M., and the following members of the Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />There being no corrections, the minutes of the March <br />11, 1993 meeting stood approved as submitted. <br />Mr. John Gerten appeared before the Commission <br />requesting the division and recombination of property <br />at 303 Little Canada Road as well as the rezoning of <br />this property from R -1 to B -3. Gerten reported that he <br />has a purchase agreement on the property. Should the <br />division and rezoning be approved, Gerten reported that <br />he plans to locate his law office at this site. Gerten <br />reported that his law office has been in existance for <br />34 years, and located on Payne Avenue for the past 26 <br />years. <br />Gerten reported that he planned to remodel the existing <br />single- family home at 303 Little Canada Road for <br />business use, and will make the site handicapped <br />accessible. The parking proposed for the law office <br />exceeds the minimum required by the City.
