MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 8, 1993 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />July, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M., and the following members of the Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis (arr. 7:35 P.M.) <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Scott Richards, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the June <br />10, 1993 meeting, those minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />AMENDMENT Mr. Louie Rustad, R & S Automotive, appeared before <br />TO PUD the Commission requesting an amendment to PUD to allow <br />R & S for the expansion of an existing building as well as <br />AUTOMOTIVE allow a change in the current parking plan for the <br />property located at 38 West Woodlyn Avenue. <br />DeLonais asked about screening of the site. <br />Rustad pointed out the existing landscaping which <br />provided screening, feeling that this was adequate. <br />Rustad also reported that yesterday he submitted a site <br />plan showing landscaping, utilities and site drainage. <br />Existing elevations of the property will not be <br />changed. <br />Page 1 <br />
