MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JULY 8, 1993 <br />The City Planner indicated that if the Commission had <br />no issues with landscaping, the existing landscaping <br />appeared to be adequate and met the requirements of <br />City Code. <br />Rustad reported that he will bring the issue of <br />sanitary sewer improvement to the property up at <br />another meeting. Rustad reported that he will discuss <br />the sewer with the City Engineer and is attempting to <br />get his neighbors to participate in a sewer <br />improvement. Rustad pointed out that there is City <br />water to the property and both buildings are sprinkled. <br />Mr. Carson recommended approval of the amendment to PUD <br />to allow for the expansion of an existing building as <br />well as allow a change in the current parking plan for <br />the property located at 38 West Woodlyn Avenue as <br />requested by R & S Automotive subject to compliance <br />with the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />outlined in his report dated July 6, 1993. <br />Motion seconded by Keis. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />ORR PROPERTY The Commission reviewed the application submitted by <br />DIVISION Ernest Orr for resubdivision of property known as <br />Tracts A and B, Lot 4, Block 1, Richard's Point. The <br />property owner is requesting that the property line be <br />adjusted to make Tract A larger. Both Tracts A and B <br />would meet all City Code requirements. It was noted <br />that all Shoreland regulations would have to be adhered <br />to <br />Mr. Garske recommended approval of the resubdivision of <br />Tracts A and B, Lot 4, Block 1, Richard's Point as <br />requested by Mr. Ernest Orr subject to compliance with <br />the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in <br />his report dated July 1, 1993 as well as compliance <br />with all Shoreland regulations. <br />Motion seconded by Keis. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />Page 2 <br />
