Brown <br />Page -2- <br />Water Main <br />July 2R, 1993 <br />The proposed water main lateral (as well as any lateral sewer improvement) should be <br />installed sufficiently outside the MWCC interceptor easement. <br />Extend water main to serve Lot 10 so that the entire house is within 250' of the hydrant <br />for fire protection purposes. <br />• Valves are to be installed on all hydrant leads, <br />GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN <br />You are to provide access to the storm sewer outlet for sediment removal. <br />You are to submit a copy of correspondence with Ramsey County relative to the <br />installation of the 12" culvert crossing beneath Edgerton Street. <br />This plan is subject to review and approval by the Watershed District as a condition of <br />plat approval. Submit copies of permits or updated correspondence with COE, DNR, <br />and the Watershed District with submittal of final plans and specifications for <br />verification that permit requirements are being met. <br />ADDITIONAL CONCERNS <br />Additional soils exploration in the form of standard penetration borings are required <br />to determine existing soli conditions for street and utility design. Only four flight auger <br />borings have been taken to date.
