These are from <br />Allied Blacktop at $0.349 per square yard and from Bituminous <br />Roadways at $0.39 per square yard. These prices include screening <br />and cleaning of sealcoat rock that the City has swept up and recycled <br />in the past years. <br />I recommend the bid be awarded to Allied Blacktop Company. <br />Page 44 <br />
