Therefore, <br />I an recommending that we allow the Sheriff's Department to <br />utilize "creative scheduling" for the balance of 1993 and <br />all of 1994. (We should also understand that the <br />additional expenditure for a power shift will probably <br />begin in 1995 under the phased -in approach discussed in <br />Commander Bergeron's memorandum.) <br />Therefore, I would like the authority to inform Commander <br />Bergeron that we agree with his creative scheduling <br />solution.
