The <br />business will be operated out of the newly constructed 28 x 60 <br />foot, West wing of their building. The trucks and trailers will be <br />stored on the west end of the parking lot. The subject property is <br />located within the I -1 Zoning District which conditionally permits <br />"open or outdoor service, sale and rental" businesses. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Aerial Photo <br />ANALYSIS <br />Section 921.010 (C) of the Municipal Code requires the City to <br />consider the following factors when reviewing a conditional use <br />permit: <br />1.
