The subject property contains a single <br />family residence with a detached garage and work shop, both will <br />remain on Lot 1. The property is located on the corner of East <br />Rose Place and Lake Shore Avenue. <br />Attached for Reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit 3 - Site Survey <br />ANALYSIS <br />The proposed subdivision lies within the R -1, Single Family <br />Residential District. Development of this property as proposed <br />will raise several issues. The primary considerations are <br />discussed briefly below: <br />Easements.
