MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 12, 1993 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />August, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M., and the following members of the Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Ms. Claudia Drabik <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the July <br />8, 1993 meeting, those minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />Drabik indicated that page 4 of the July 27th Special <br />Planning Commission meeting minutes should be corrected <br />to show that she asked if this TIF District was the <br />City's first involvement in a redevelopment district. <br />The above correction being noted, the minutes of the <br />July 27, 1993 special meeting were approved as <br />corrected. <br />CUP Mr. James Burton, Best Auto & Tire Center, Inc. <br />BEST AUTO appeared before the Commission requesting approval of a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow rental and outdoor <br />storage of trucks and small trailers at 3011 Country <br />Drive. Burton reported that to be in compliance with <br />the recommendations of the City Planner, he has added <br />two additional parking spaces to the site pursuant to <br />Code requirements.
