Hanson <br />In May of 1980 Mr. John Sculley requested approval of the subdivision <br />of 6.9 acres from his property. The Council reviewed and approved <br />this subdivision subject to the dedication of a 60 -foot roadway to <br />provide access to the property for future development. (Copy of area <br />map and Council minutes attached.) When the property division was <br />recorded at Ramsey County, the road easement was never dedicated to <br />the City. <br />The Council now has before it a request for Conditional Use Permit to <br />allow an oversized accessory building. The Council may want to <br />address the completion of the roadway issue in conjunction with the <br />CUP application. <br />I was unable to contact Mr. Sculley to explain the situation, <br />however, left him a detailed message and requested that he contact <br />either myself or the City Administrator prior to Wednesday's meeting. <br />cc: John Sculley <br />,,,NE-Page 79 <br />
