The I -P <br />Industrial Park zoning district allows such storage as a <br />conditional use. Slumberland's existing CUP allows nine trailer <br />parking spaces subject to adequate screening, that has been <br />completed. The current request expands the trailer parking area to <br />30 spaces. The additional 21 spaces are adjacent to the existing <br />spaces, along the south side of the warehouse. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />ANALYSIS <br />Section 918.040 (B) of the Municipal Code allows semi - trailer <br />parking by conditional use permit, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.
