This was done based on the results of the survey we <br />conducted of the property owners where their preference was <br />split 50/50 for each respective method. It is also <br />important to note that the per lot cost estimated at the <br />time of the survey was $3,860.53 per lot as compared with <br />$2,897.88 at this time. The lineal foot cost at the time <br />of the survey was estimated at $38.19 verses the $30.25 <br />used in this calculation.
