The Vadnais <br />Heights Committee will be as follows: <br />Council Member Susan Banovetz <br />Representative from Park Commission <br />One Resident <br />Our part of the committee will call on various staff/ <br />consultants to attend meetings as needed, but they would not <br />be considered voting members of the Committee. <br />We should expect that an alternate could attend the meeting <br />in the absence of a regular committee member. <br />The Vadnais Heights City Council feels very strongly that <br />Little Canada not have more than three regular members on <br />the Committee and that one member should be a City Council <br />Member. Please let me know if you will be meeting with a <br />three person Committee. We again feel that necessary Little <br />Canada staff could attend meetings, but not as a voting <br />committee member. <br />Lastly, the Vadnais Heights City Council instructed me to <br />notify the developers, Dan Herbst and Len Pratt, and inform <br />them that they can continue their platting process at the <br />January 25, 1994 Planning Commission meeting.
