necessary provided the site conforms to the <br />Little Canada Storm Water Management Plan, <br />Best Management Practices and is approved by <br />the City Engineer, provided the impervious <br />surface coverage does not exceed seventy -five <br />(75) percent of the total lot and provided the <br />following stipulations are met: <br />1) All structures, additions or expansions <br />shall meet setback and other requirements <br />of this Ordinance. <br />2) The lot shall be served by municipal <br />sewer and water. <br />3) Storm water is collected and treated in <br />compliance with the City's Storm Water <br />Management Plan and Best Management <br />Practices. Such treatment may be <br />comprised of either on -site control, <br />access to the City's storm water control <br />system, or a combination of both, to be <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />c. Impervious surface coverage for all commercial <br />and industrial zoning districts and for public <br />recreational uses may be allowed to exceed <br />seventy -five (75) percent of the total lot or <br />exceed existing conditions on the lot which <br />are over seventy -five (75) percent provided <br />the following stipulations are met: <br />1) A conditional use permit is submitted and <br />approved as provided for in Section 7 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />2) Improvements that will result in an <br />increased rate of runoff directly <br />entering a public water shall have all <br />structures and practices in compliance <br />with the City Storm Water Management Plan <br />in place for the collection and treatment <br />of storm water runoff or will be <br />constructed in conjunction with a <br />conditional use permit application. <br />3) All the conditions in B.1.b 1) -3) above <br />are satisfactorily met. <br />d. Measures for the treatment of storm water <br />runoff and /or prevention of storm water from <br />directly entering a public water include such <br />5 <br />Page 49 <br />
