Wilson
1656 East Sandhurst Avenue
Maplewood, MN 55109
RE: Restoration of Property at 3104 Edgerton Street
Dear Mrs. Wilson:
MAYOR
Raymond G. Hanson
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Morelan
Bob Pedersen
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
Pursuant to our meeting of November 1, 1993 held at your
mother's property, I'm writing to document the results of
our conversation. The key points of our meeting were as
follows:
*The City of Little Canada will replace the corner
stake previously located at the northwest corner of the
property as soon as possible. It is to be understood
that it would be a 'better sittation to replace this
stake after restoration work is completed next spring.
However, due to your request, we will attempt to have
it installed this fall.
*A new fence post will be installed along the north
property line where the current fence post is exists.
It will replace the existing post which has been bent
over.
*A bituminous berm will be installed along the edge of
your driveway where it meets the Edgerton paved
shoulder in order to channel water away from the
driveway opening. This will be done in a manner
consistent with what previously existed based on the
pictures Harlan Olsen has available for review.
*In the ditch area along the north property line, the
soil will be raked off your mother's property and any
areas disturbed after this process will be restored
next spring.
*The ditch along the north property line is to be
regraded in order to enhance drainage.
Page 32
io
