Ramsey-Washington Metro District PERMIT Permission is granted to conduct grading operations in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and Management Plan of the District for the project Canada Woods West owned by No. Suburban Development Inc. , District Permit No. 94 -04 subject to the following special provisions St*oV0 18. The proposed sedimentation basin (tre ent pond) shall be relocated outside the wetland boundary on Lots 66 and 7. The pond side slopes shall be 6:1 or flatter. The pond bottom area shall be a minimum of 0.1 acres and shall be lined with organic soils and wetland material to encourage establishment of wetland growth. 19. A permanent emergency overflow swale shall be constructed from the low point in the curb of the cul -de -sac to the bottom of the proposed sedimentation basin (treatment pond). The swale shall be a minimum of 10 feet wide and 1 foot deep. The swale shall be lined with "Enkamat" permanent soil stabilization material or District - approved equal, installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. 20. The outlet structure within the pond shall restrict the flows from the pond during a 100 -year or smaller storm to 5 cfs. 21. The pipe from the pond shall outlet at the 890 contour or lower. Flows from the pipe shall be spread evenly over a riprap and appropriate filter area, a minimum of 10 feet wide by 20 feet long by 2 feet thick. Class III or larger riprap shall be used. 22. A permanent emergency overflow swale shall be constructed from the overflow point along the southeast side of the sedimentation basin (treatment pond) to the riprap at the outlet of the pipe. The swale shall be a minimum of 10 feet wide and 1 foot deep. The swale shall be lined with " Enkamat" permanent soil stabilization material or District - approved equal, installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. 23. Wetland fill shall be limited to the proposed 0.06 acres or less as shown on the plan for Lots 6 and 7. 24. A revised set of plans reflecting the above requirements shall be submitted to the District Administrator for approval before October 15. 2225 White Bear Ave.. Maplewood.
