Ramsey-Washington Metro <br />District <br />PERMIT <br />Permission is granted to conduct grading operations in accordance with <br />the Rules and Regulations and Management Plan of the District for the <br />project Canada Woods West <br />owned by No. Suburban Development Inc. , District Permit No. 94 -04 <br />subject to the following special provisions St*oV0 <br />18. The proposed sedimentation basin (tre ent pond) shall be relocated <br />outside the wetland boundary on Lots 66 and 7. The pond side slopes <br />shall be 6:1 or flatter. The pond bottom area shall be a minimum of <br />0.1 acres and shall be lined with organic soils and wetland material to <br />encourage establishment of wetland growth. <br />19. A permanent emergency overflow swale shall be constructed from the low <br />point in the curb of the cul -de -sac to the bottom of the proposed <br />sedimentation basin (treatment pond). The swale shall be a minimum of <br />10 feet wide and 1 foot deep. The swale shall be lined with "Enkamat" <br />permanent soil stabilization material or District - approved equal, <br />installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations. <br />20. The outlet structure within the pond shall restrict the flows from the <br />pond during a 100 -year or smaller storm to 5 cfs. <br />21. The pipe from the pond shall outlet at the 890 contour or lower. Flows <br />from the pipe shall be spread evenly over a riprap and appropriate <br />filter area, a minimum of 10 feet wide by 20 feet long by 2 feet thick. <br />Class III or larger riprap shall be used. <br />22. A permanent emergency overflow swale shall be constructed from the <br />overflow point along the southeast side of the sedimentation basin <br />(treatment pond) to the riprap at the outlet of the pipe. The swale <br />shall be a minimum of 10 feet wide and 1 foot deep. The swale shall be <br />lined with " Enkamat" permanent soil stabilization material or District - <br />approved equal, installed according to the manufacturer's <br />recommendations. <br />23. Wetland fill shall be limited to the proposed 0.06 acres or less as <br />shown on the plan for Lots 6 and 7. <br />24. A revised set of plans reflecting the above requirements shall be <br />submitted to the District Administrator for approval before October 15. <br />2225 White Bear Ave.. <br />Maplewood.
