AGREEMENT, dated <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />, 19_, by and between the <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, a Minnesota municipal corporation, ( "City ") <br />and Carl G. Swanson and Barbara A. Swanson, husband and wife, <br />( "Developers "). <br />1. Request for Improvement. The Developers have requested the <br />City to allow the construction of extensions of sanitary sewer, storm <br />sewer, water main, curb and gutter, and bituminous roadways to serve <br />and provide access to the proposed plat of Green Value Addition, <br />within the City of Little Canada to serve the following described <br />property: <br />Lots 1 through 11, Block 1, Green Value Addition, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota. <br />The improvement is necessary to provide access and utilities <br />for the residential subdivision located in the above - described plat <br />as shown on Exhibit A. <br />2. Conditions of Approval. The City hereby approves <br />construction of extensions of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water <br />main, curb and gutter, and bituminous roadways to serve the Green <br />Value Addition Plat, conditioned upon the Developers entering into <br />this Agreement and guaranteeing compliance with the terms of this <br />Agreement. <br />3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations. The Developers <br />represent to the City that to the best of their knowledge the <br />extension of the public improvements to the Green Value Addition <br />-1- <br />Page 60 <br />
