will comply with all City, county, metropolitan, state and federal <br />laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, subdivision <br />ordinances, zoning ordinances and environmental regulations, <br />including wetland impact and mitigation. The Developers shall obtain <br />all necessary permits and consents for the project including, but not <br />limited to, the permit required from the Minnesota Department of <br />Health for the water main extension, the permit required from the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the sanitary sewer main <br />extension, approvals from Ramsey County Public Works Department <br />relative to grading and drainage plans, as well as any permits <br />necessary to allow work within County right -of -way, the permit <br />required from the Ramsey- Washington Watershed District for grading <br />and storm water discharge, and any permits or approvals necessary to <br />comply with wetland regulations. The Developers shall reimburse the <br />City for any costs or expenses incurred by the City due to the need <br />for any permits or consents, and shall be responsible for compliance <br />with any other requirements imposed by the agencies in question. <br />4. Development Exhibits. The Developers shall develop the <br />proposed plat in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto, and on <br />file in the offices of the City, and in accordance with City Council <br />Resolution No. 93 -8 -265, adopted on August 25, 1993. <br />5. Required Improvements. The Developers shall install, at <br />their own expense, the extensions of the public improvements <br />consisting of water main, sanitary sewer main, storm sewer, curb and <br />gutter, the first lift of the bituminous roadway, and signage, to be <br />-2- <br />Page 61 <br />
