The Administrative
Assistant reported that the City Planner will be asked
to submit an action plan for updating the Plan to the
Commission at its next meeting.
DeLonais reported that earlier this year the Commission
discussed fencing requirements in Ryan Industrial
Park. A recommendation was not made at that time on
the issue of wood fencing versus chain -link.
DeLonais suggested that between now and the next
meeting, the Commissioners visit Ryan Industrial Park
and look at the variety of fencing that exists, and
be prepared to discuss this issue at the next
meeting. It was noted that the Code requires wood
fencing. Also noted is that the road project has now
been completed in the park and boulevard areas are
being established. The City would like to begin
working with the property owners on Code enforcement
Page 3
