TEMPORARY PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT <br />Dated: <br />C.S. 6280 <br />Parcel 431 B <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of Little Canada <br />The State of Minnesota has by its Commissioner of Transportation established and <br />designated the route of I -35E in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />It is necessary that the State of Minnesota use for highway purposes real property situated in <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />See attached Exhibit "A ". <br />The undersigned, having an interest in the above described real property, understand that <br />they are not required to surrender possession of real property without just compensation and <br />are not required to surrender lawfully occupied real property without at least 90 days notice. <br />For a valuable consideration, the undersigned hereby waive these rights and give the State <br />of Minnesota an immediate right of entry and permit for ingress and egress access over the <br />subject property located at 3100 Country Drive. The State will perform slope repair <br />construction on the west side of I -35E. The current project letting date for S.P. 6285 -149 is <br />3/28/14. The State will utilize the proposed driveway during construction in 2014. The State <br />will need to construct a gate in the chain link fence in the northeast portion of the property. <br />Both gates will be secured when construction personnel are not on site. At the end of <br />construction, the State will remove the gate in the northeast portion of the property. The <br />State will do no unnecessary damage to the subject property and will restore the subject <br />property to substantially the same condition in which it was found. <br />This Permit will expire when construction is completed. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />
