Hanson <br />Attached are the specifications used to obtain quotations for hazardous materials <br />abatement at 3046 Labore Road. (Note: I'm not including the survey with this memo <br />due to its length. It will be available in the electronic agenda packet.) This works needs <br />to be done before demolition of the structures can occur. The specifications were sent to <br />seven contractors and four responded. The results are as follows: <br />• Dennis Environmental Operations — $3,800 <br />• Lindstrom Environmental, Inc. — $6,740 <br />• Mayo Systems — $16,995 <br />• JC Environmental — $17,000 <br />Based on the prices received pursuant to our specifications for the work in question, staff <br />recommends we award the work to Dennis Environmental Operations at a cost of $3,800. <br />cc: Contractors <br />1 <br />
