1. The temporary employee parking area must be paved according to Section <br />903.050.D.8.k. The parking area is not required to have curb and gutter, but <br />must manage stormwater to prevent erosion at the periphery of the paved <br />surface. Landscaping requirements may also be waived and lighting will not be <br />required. <br />2. Parking stalls must be striped and dimensioned according to the standards <br />illustrated in Section 903.050, Figure 903 -3. <br />3. Employee access from the temporary parking area must be provided within 300 <br />feet of the entrance of the PreWire building. <br />4. The PUD permit should be considered valid until further development of the <br />subject property is proposed. At such time, the parking will need to be improved <br />to meet all zoning standards, or relocated to bring PreWire's parking into <br />compliance with the code. <br />4 <br />
