Hanson <br />Re: First Amendment to Ramsey County Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority Joint Cooperation Agreement <br />Dear Judy: <br />Pursuant to a meeting held today at the City of Maplewood <br />regarding allocation of CDBG proceeds, the City of Little Canada <br />would support the following language: <br />"Said approval is contingent upon the development of a <br />reallocation process to govern the disbursement of CDBG <br />funds, which is to be approved by a majority vote of Ramsey <br />County municipalities with the further understanding that <br />any allocation process approved must have as its principle <br />objective the benefit to low and moderate income residents." <br />While we have already executed the agreement, we thought it <br />important to give you our perspective on this matter as well. <br />Sincerely, <br />Joel R.
