MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MAY 12, 1994 <br />PROPERTY The Commission reviewed the proposal by Thomas Theis <br />DIVISION - for division of property at 3025 Arcade Street into <br />THEIS three lots. <br />Knudsen recommended approval of the property division <br />for 3025 Arcade Street as proposed, subject to <br />compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner <br />as contained in his report dated May 9, 1994. <br />Motion seconded by Davison. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />TWIN LAKE DeLonais reported that Mr. Pratt has contacted City <br />PINES - staff and requested that consideration of the <br />PRATT preliminary plat for Twin Lake Pines be tabled until <br />the June meeting. <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to table this <br />matter until the June 9th Planning Commission meeting. <br />PEDESTRIAN The Commission reviewed the City's proposed pedestrian <br />PLAN plan. Schletty felt the concept of the plan was a good <br />one, but expressed concern with the City's having to <br />acquire property to implement the plan. <br />Garske and Schletty agreed that improvement of a <br />walking path around Lake Gervais should be a high <br />priority. <br />There were no other comments regarding the pedestrian <br />plan. <br />ADJOURN <br />Schletty recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 8:35 P.M. <br />Res ectful y submitted, <br />aro ♦%!
