Section 903.020 D.4 of the Zoning Ordinance requires that <br />construction of accessory buildings that exceed one thousand <br />(1,000) square feet in floor area, must first obtain a conditional <br />use permit. <br />The subject property is 36,758 square feet in size, located at 2570 <br />Jackson Street, within the R -2 Single Family Residential zoning <br />district. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />ISSUES ANALYSIS <br />Section 921.010 (C) of the Municipal Code requires the City to <br />consider the following factors when reviewing a conditional use <br />permit: <br />1.
