2. A proposed utility connection shall be indicated on the <br />revised survey and subject to review and approval by the <br />Public Works Director. <br />3. Application shall be reviewed for parked dedication <br />recommendation by the Little Canada Parks Commission. <br />4. The proposal is subject to review and comment by the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation (MnDOT). <br />5.
