MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 5, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of <br />May, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />5:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. Denny Davison <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />PROPERTY The Commission reviewed the request of Mr. John Brown <br />DIVISION for the division of his property located at 601 East <br />601 VIKING Viking Drive into two lots. <br />DRIVE - <br />BROWN Mr. Brown reported that his has reviewed the <br />recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his <br />report dated May 2, 1994 and has no objections to these <br />recommendations. Mr. Brown also reported that Dr. <br />Olson, the owner of the property at 615 Viking Drive, <br />is agreeable to granting a sewer easement across his <br />property so that sewer can be brought to the new lot. <br />The Administrative Assistant reported that City staff <br />is recommending that property division approval be <br />contingent upon satisfactory utility connections for <br />the new lot as well as the property owner of the new <br />lot agreeing to sign a Waiver of Right to Appeal <br />Special Assessments for future water main project. <br />The City Administrator informed the Commission that the <br />sewer connection for the new lot will have to cross <br />1 <br />
