MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 14, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />April, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Denny Davison <br />Mr. Steve Garske <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Dennis Carson <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the March <br />10, 1994 Planning Commission meeting, the minutes stood <br />approved as read. <br />CUP FOR Mr. DeLonais noted that the SuperAmerica application <br />SUPER- for Conditional Use Permit to operate a convenience <br />AMERICA store /gas station at 235 East Little Canada Road was <br />tabled at the last Planning Commission meeting pending <br />additional information and a traffic study of the area. <br />That information has been submitted to and reviewed by <br />the Commission. <br />Messrs. San Van Tassel, Bill Bahl, and Steve Martin, <br />representing SuperAmerica, were present to answer any <br />questions. <br />DeLonais opened the meeting to comments from the <br />public. DeLonais acknowledged the testimony from the <br />public given at the last Planning Commission meeting, <br />and asked that only new comments be made. DeLonais <br />asked that comments be factual in nature as well. <br />1 <br />
