RECOANDATION <br />Should the City decide that the proposed uses are considered <br />accessory to principal use of the property, our office recommends <br />approval of the conditional use permit subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall submit a detailed site plan showing <br />the following: <br />a. Detail floor plan of the A &W. <br />b. Detail of the outside sales area. <br />c. Detail of the parking area. <br />2. Submittal of a detailed description of the products which <br />will be sold from the site and the dates and hours of <br />operation. <br />3. All lighting (if any) shall be hooded and so directed <br />that the light source shall not be visible from public <br />right -of -way or from neighboring residences. <br />4. The use does not take up parking space as required for <br />confozmity to this Ordinance. <br />5. Storage and sales areas must be grassed or surfaced to <br />control dust. <br />6. All off - street parking areas must have a perimeter <br />continuous curb barrier around the entire parking lot. <br />Said barrier shall not be closer than five (5) feet to <br />any lot line. Any landscaping must be in accordance with <br />Section 903.020 G. <br />7.
