Minutes <br />Council Meeting <br />June 28, 1989 <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 89 -6 -268 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />MR. STAFKI SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED <br />IN THE PLANNER'S REPORT OF JUNE 5, 1989 AND INSTRUCTING THE <br />CLERK'S OFFICE TO NOTIFY MR. STAFKI THAT PRIOR TO SALES OF ANY <br />PRODUCE AT THE LOCATION HE HAS TO COMPLY WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND PULL THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener <br />Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Moser <br />CUP Mr. Fahey opened the Public Hearing regarding the Conditional <br />Use Permit requested by Mr. Robert Moser, 3097 LaBore Rd. Mr. <br />Moser wants to remove a 14'x22' building and an 18'x16' <br />building that are deteriorating and move his existing garage to <br />the back of the property and add an attached garage and porch <br />onto his house. The Planning Commission passed this request <br />5 -0. The Planner also recommended approval providing there <br />would be no outside storage and there would be no commercial <br />use of the property. <br />Mr. Blesener stated that he noticed Mr. Moser had already <br />started his moving. <br />Mr. Moser appeared before the Council and stated that he would <br />comply with all the recommendations. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 89 -6 -269 - CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING REQUESTED BY <br />MR. ROBERT MOSER FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN ACCESSORY <br />BUILDING. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener <br />Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0) <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 3 <br />Page 73 <br />
