In addition, we would recommend approval of the Planned Unit <br />Development to permit the development of the two properties as a <br />single project, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Additional landscaping is included along the boundaries of the <br />storage areas, a plan for which should be prepared and <br />approved by the City. <br />2. Details of the trash handling enclosure are provided for <br />review. <br />3. The City Engineer reviews and approves the drainage plan, <br />including the surface drainage of the paved areas, and the <br />storage pond. <br />4. The City Engineer should make a recommendation on drainage or <br />utility easements necessary for current and future <br />improvements. <br />5. The City Fire Chief should review the proposed fueling station <br />for design and location. <br />6. Compliance with all other City Code and Zoning Ordinance <br />standards. <br />7.
