Hanson <br />Attached are letters from the property owner and developer of the <br />Frederickshaven Second Addition requesting that Frederickshaven <br />Drive be renamed to "Sunset Court ". <br />Please be advised that State Statutes require an Ordinance be <br />adopted in order to rename a street. The City Attorney is in the <br />process of preparing this ordinance amendment for the Council's <br />consideration. Also note that at this time there are no <br />residents living on Frederickshaven Drive, therefore, the name - <br />change can occur without an impact to any residents. Mr. Fred <br />Schletty's home abuts Frederickshaven Drive, however, he has been <br />using an Edgerton address. <br />Page 160 <br />
